NAME

knapster2 - A KDE clone of the Windows Napster client

SYNTAX

knapster2

DESCRIPTION

Knapster2 is a KDE application. Simply run it.

USAGE

Start knapster and then go to the Settings - configure

Knapster2 menu option.

The preferences dialog will be displayed. Click on each

image in the right hand panel, and fill in the details. Also

check the logon as New User box if you are creating a new napster

user.

Press OK on the preferences dialog to save.
Select Connect from the File menu option. The connection

progressbar will be displayed as knapster connects.
To find a song to download, select the Search button to

display the search panel and type in the name of a song in the

song name field, then press the Search button.
The statusbar will show Searching as knapster receives re

sults.
To download a found song, either right-click on the song

and select download, or double-click on the song. The song will

appear in the Transfers panel as it downloads.
