SYNOPSIS
listen
DESCRIPTION
music player and manager.
With listen you can import, manage, play your music collection, transfer song to your ipod, download podcast, browser shoutcast webradio directory
When you play a song in listen, you have direct access to wikipedia information about artist, album or track, lyrics and last.fm information
Listen can automatically generate playlist from many criteria, fill
your current playing playlist with suggested song, search and download
cover from Internet
After set the directory of your music library, if you add, remove a
file or change metadata of a file in this directory listen automatic
update this own library database to display new information
OPTIONS
- --version
- show program's version number and exit
- -h, --help
- show this help message and exit
- -p, -a, --play
- play files
- -q, --queue
- queue files in the playlist
- --next play the next song in the playlist
- --previous
- play the previous song in the playlist
- --play-pause
- play or pause current playing media
- --rewind
- rewind the played song
- --forward
- forward the played song
- -c, --current-playing
- show current playing song
- -v VOLUME, --volume=VOLUME
- change volume (VOLUME 0.0-1.0)
- -d DEVICE, --device=DEVICE
- play a device
- --mimetype-support
- show information about supported audio file
- --dump-gstplayer-state
- Dump gstplayer state (for debugging purpose)
- --library-sanity-check
- Force a sanity check of the library
- --debug=DEBUG
- change debug level (0-9)
