pamtest - test pam configuration
SYNOPSIS
pamtest service [username]
DESCRIPTION
pamtest is a utility to test authentication through PAM. It will try to
authenticate against the pecified service, and print a message if this
was successful or not.
pamtest is part of pam-dotfile.
