This manual page documents briefly the ProjectCenter command.

ProjectCenter is an integrated development environment (IDE) for the GNUstep framework. It has support for `Aggregate', `Application', `Bundle', `Framework', `Library', `ResourceSet' and `Tool' types of projects.
