NAME
sml - SML compiler
SYNOPSIS
sml [ rtsargs ] [ options ] [files ]
DESCRIPTION
This manual page documents briefly the sml command. This manual page
was written for the Debian distribution because the original program
does not have a manual page. This is a compiler for Standard ML which
may be used interactively.
OPTIONS
- A summary of options is included below.
- rtsargs:
- @SMLload=heapimage
Start specified heap image.
- @SMLalloc=size
Specify size of allocation area.
- @SMLcmdname=name
Set command name.
- @SMLquiet
Load heap image silently.
- @SMLverbose
Show heap image load progress.
- @SMLobjects
Show list of executable objects.
- @SMLdebug=file
Write debugging info to file.
- options:
- -Dname=value
Set CM variable to given value.
- -Dname Set CM variable to 1.
- -Uname Unset CM variable.
- -Ccontrol=value
Set named control.
- -H Produce complete help listing.
- -h Produce minimal help listing.
- -hlevel
Help with obscurity limit.
- -S List all current settings.
- -slevel
Limited list of settings.
- files:
- file.cm
CM.make or CM.autoload.
- -m Switch to CM.make.
- -a Switch to CM.autoload; default.
- file.sig
