SYNOPSIS

ARGUMENTS
- gnutls_openpgp_privkey_t * key
- The structure to be initialized
DESCRIPTION
This function will initialize an OpenPGP key structure.
RETURNS
GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS on success, or an error code.
