lfc_entergrpmap - define a new group entry in Virtual Id table

DESCRIPTION
lfc_entergrpmap defines a new group entry in Virtual Id table.
- gid specifies the Virtual Group Id. If the value is -1, the next
- available id is allocated.
- groupname
- specifies the group name.
- This function requires ADMIN privilege.
RETURN VALUE
This routine returns 0 if the operation was successful or -1 if the operation failed. In the latter case, serrno is set appropriately.
ERRORS
EACCES The caller does not have ADMIN privilege.
EFAULT groupname is a NULL pointer.
EEXIST Group exists already.
EINVAL The length of groupname exceeds 255.
SENOSHOST Host unknown.
SENOSSERV Service unknown.
SECOMERR Communication error.
- ENSNACT Name server is not running or is being shutdown.
