NAME
serrno - LCG internal error variable

DESCRIPTION
- The serrno variable is the LCG's equivalent to system error variable
errno. This variable, accessible only trough LCG API's and related
functions below is guaranteed to be thread-safe.
The serrno variable is divided into common values and per package values, that are: - COPYTAPE

- RTCOPY - Remote Tape Copy
