NAME

wn_gramm_schmidt - Gramm-Schmidt orthogonalization

SYNOPSIS

void wn_gramm_schmidt(int code, double **mat,  int  len_i,
int len_j)

DESCRIPTION

wn_gramm_schmidt performs an in-place run on mat. mat[i]
are vectors which span the space; sweep is from i=0 to i=len_i-1.

Gramm-Schmidt requires

WORST and AVERAGE CASE:

time = len_i^2*len_j
stack memory = 1
dynamic memory = 0

where the matrix to be processed is a len_i*len_j matrix.

DIAGNOSTICS

code == WN_SUCCESS for success.
code == WN_SINGULAR for singular matrix.
