Gcrypt.setCipherIVec(3kaya)
NAME
Gcrypt::setCipherIVec - Set the cipher initialisation vector
SYNOPSIS
Void setCipherIVec( CipherHandle h, IVec key )
ARGUMENTS
h The cipher handle
key The initialisation vector
DESCRIPTION
- Sets the cipher initialisation vector. The length of the vector depends
on the cipher algorithm, and can be found with Gcrypt.cipherBlockLength
(3kaya)
- Unlike the key, the initialisation vector does not need to be secret.
