HTMLDocument::HeadLink - A document-level link
SYNOPSIS
HTMLDocument::HeadLink< > = HeadLink(HTMLDocument::Relationship relate,String uri,String title,String ctype)
DESCRIPTION
A document-level link. These links differ from hyperlinks in the body
of the text in that they describe the relationship of this document as
a whole to other documents.
