DESCRIPTION

Cancels pending I/O operations on a file given the overlapped used.

PARAMS

handle [In] File handle.

lpOverlapped [I,OPT] pointer to overlapped (if NULL, cancel all).

RETURNS

Success: TRUE.

Failure: FALSE, check GetLastError(3w).
