DESCRIPTION

Get the best route for the given IP address.

PARAMS

dwDestAddr [In] IP address to search the best route for.

dwSourceAddr [In] optional source IP address.

pBestRoute [Out] found best route.

RETURNS

Success: NO_ERROR

Failure: error code from Winerror.h
