DESCRIPTION

Locks window update and displays the drag image at the given position.

PARAMS

hwndLock [In] handle of the window that owns the drag image.

x [In] X position of the drag image.

y [In] Y position of the drag image.

RETURNS

Success: TRUE

Failure: FALSE.

NOTES

The position of the drag image is relative to the window, not the client area.

IMPLEMENTATION
