DESCRIPTION

Attempt to guess whether a text buffer is Unicode.

PARAMS

buf [In] Text buffer to test.

len [In] Length of buf.

flags [Out] Destination for test results.

RETURNS

TRUE if the buffer is likely Unicode, FALSE otherwise.

IMPLEMENTATION

Defined in "winbase.h".
