PARAMS
lpszFile [In/Out] File to search for.
lppszOtherDirs [In] Other directories to look in.
dwWhich [In] Type of executable to search for.
RETURNS
Success: TRUE. The path to the executable is stored in lpszFile.
Failure: FALSE. The path to the executable is unchanged.
IMPLEMENTATION
Exported by ordinal only. Use GetProcAddress(3w) to obtain a pointer to
the function.
