PARAMS

hbitmap [In] Handle to bitmap.

count [In] Number of bytes in bitmap array.

bits [In] Address of array with bitmap bits.

DESCRIPTION

Sets bits of color data for a bitmap.

RETURNS

Success: Number of bytes used in setting the bitmap bits

Failure: 0
