NAME

si_mkdhcpserver - create a DHCP server configuration file

for use with SystemImager

SYNOPSIS

si_mkdhcpserver

DESCRIPTION

This manual page documents briefly the si_mkdhcpserver

command.

si_mkdhcpserver is an interactive utility for creating a

dhcpd configuration file for use with SystemImager. It generates

entries commonly needed in PXE configurations, and defines op

tion-100. option-100 is passed to autoinstall clients in order

to direct them to the image server they should use.

The PXE configuration that si_mkdhcpserver creates will

work for most i386 clients, but will not work for machines of

other architectures. Please see the SystemImager manual for in

structions on configuring network boot for other supported archi

tectures.

OPTIONS

si_mkdhcpserver currently accepts no options.
