- scsi device receiving ioctl

- Must be SC_SCSI_RESET
- arg
- pointer to int containing SG_SCSI_RESET_{DEVICE,BUS,HOST}
- filp
- either NULL or a struct file which must have the O_NONBLOCK flag.
