Simple extra utility program for the Alml typesetting sys

tem.

STANDARD OPTIONS

--help

display a short help and exit.

--version

display version information and exit.

POSTSCRIPT FORMAT CONVERSION OPTIONS

Array--PAPER_FMT-to-PAPER_FMT-TIMES-PAPER_FMT-FOLD-SIGN

For example, --a4-to-a5-2-a4-1h-4 means:
