NAME
cgclear - unload the cgroup filesystem
SYNOPSIS
cgclear
DESCRIPTION
This command moves all the tasks inside various cgroups to the root
cgroup, deletes all the cgroups and finally unmounts the cgroup
filesystem from the system.
