NAME
PGAGetCharacterAllele - Returns the value of character allele in a
PGA_DATATYPE_CHARACTER string
INPUT PARAMETERS
ctx - context variable
p - string index
pop - symbolic constant of the population the string is in
i - allele index

Example:
