xlc - Gtk client for Linesrv
SYNOPSIS
xlc
DESCRIPTION
- This manual page documents briefly the xlc command. This
- manual page was written for the Debian GNU/Linux distribution be
- cause the original program does not have a manual page. This pro
- gram does not have options. Once xlc has started, you have to
- connect to a LineControl server. For this you have to supply a
- login (username/password) that you can configure by the menu
- File->Configuration. To save your auth information just give a
- "touch ~/.xlc.cfg" while running xlc the first time. Once con
- nected, you can start/stop a connection, or monitor the Internet
- Connection Status (other client, from another box could
- start/stop the connection...) If the server is properly config
- ured, xlc lets you shutdown the box where the LineControl daemon
- is running.
