zapres(1)
NAME
- zapres - A program that removes resolution information
- from Windows bitmap files.
SYNOPSIS
zapres [/b] [file.bmp] [...]
DESCRIPTION
This manual page documents briefly the zapres command.
- This manual page was prepared for the Debian distribution
- because the original program does not have a manual page.
- zapres is a program that removes resolution information
- from Windows bitmap files.
- This program removes the resolution information from Win
- dows .BMP bitmaps, .MRB multi resolution bitmaps, and .SHG seg
- mented hotspot graphics. This way WinHelp will not rescale the
- image and MRBC can be applied to specify a new resolution.
OPTIONS
- /b Normally ZAPRES will create a .BAK file before it
- attempts to modify the input file. Specify option /b if you don't
- want to backup files.
