XmMultiListDeselectAllItems -- an MultiList function that deselects all
rows of the list
SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
Unselects all rows of the passed MultiList widget and returns nothing.
- widget Specifies the ID of the MultiList widget from whose list
- items is deselected.
