DESCRIPTION
- The construct
- use if CONDITION, MODULE => ARGUMENTS;
- has no effect unless "CONDITION" is true. In this case
the effect is the same as of
use MODULE ARGUMENTS;
BUGS
The current implementation does not allow specification of
the required version of the module.
