JSResetAllAxisTolorance - Axis tolorance resetting

ARGUMENTS
- jsd Specifies the pointer to the joystick data structure, which
- should have been set up by a prior call to JSInit.
DESCRIPTION
The JSResetAllAxisTolorance function applies the tolorance value set on
each axis on the given jsd to the low-level driver.
This function is only used internally by the library and jscalibrator,
most programs do not need to call this function.
