lfc_rewinddir - reset position to the beginning of a LFC directory
opened by lfc_opendir in the name server

DESCRIPTION
lfc_rewinddir resets the position to the beginning of a LFC directory
opened by lfc_opendir in the name server.
dirp specifies the pointer value returned by lfc_opendir.
