Regex::NoUTF8Support - UTF-8 support unavailable
SYNOPSIS
Regex::NoUTF8Support( )
DESCRIPTION
This Exception is thrown if the string being matched contains non-ASCII
characters, but the PCRE library is compiled without UTF-8 support. For
web applications, this exception is very easy for a user to trigger, so
you should always use a library with UTF-8 support for those.
