DESCRIPTION

Retrieves the absolute record number of the oldest record in an even log.

PARAMS

hEventLog [In] Handle to an open event log.

OldestRecord [Out] Absolute record number of the oldest record.

RETURNS

Success: nonzero. OldestRecord contains the record number of the oldest record in the log.

Failure: zero

IMPLEMENTATION
