PARAMS

dest [In/Out] Buffered character string to which src is concatenated.

src [In] Buffered character string to be concatenated.

DESCRIPTION

Concatenates two buffered character strings.

RETURNS

Success: STATUS_SUCCESS. src is appended to dest.

Failure: STATUS_BUFFER_TOO_SMALL, if the buffer of dest is too small to hold the concatenated string.

NOTES

if src->length is zero dest is unchanged. dest is never ' ' terminated.
