SYNOPSIS
DWORD UnenableRouter ( OVERLAPPED* pOverlapped, LPDWORD lpdwEnableCount )
DESCRIPTION
Decrement the IP-forwarding reference count. Turn off IP-forwarding if
it reaches zero.
PARAMS
pOverlapped [In/Out] should be the same as in EnableRouter(3w).
lpdwEnableCount [Out] optional, receives reference count.
RETURNS
Success: NO_ERROR
Failure: error code from Winerror.h.
FIXME
Stub, returns ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED.
