PGAGetRank(4)
NAME
PGAGetRank - Returns the rank of the processor in communicator comm.
If comm is NULL or a sequential version of PGAPack is used, PGAGetRank() returns 0.

ctx - context variable structure pointer
comm - an MPI communicator
